Quiet Hours: Guests are requested to maintain silence between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Power Backup: Backup power is available in case of electricity outages (if applicable).
Wi-Fi Usage: Complimentary Wi-Fi provided.
Parking: On-site parking is available.
Driver Accommodation: Provided on request only (additional charge).
Children Policy: Children below 6 stay free with additional bed.
Environmental Policy: Please avoid unnecessary use of water and electricity; help us stay eco-friendly.
Right to Admission: Management reserves the right to admission or cancellation in case of any breach of policy.
Check-In & Check-Out Timings:
Check-in: 12:00 PM
Note: Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Payment Methods: UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card.
Early Check-Out Policy: In case of an early departure after check-in, the entire booking amount as per the original reservation will be charged. No refunds will be applicable.
Cancellation Charges: In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will apply
30 days or more prior to arrival – 25% of the total booking amount will be charged.
15 days prior to arrival – 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
7 days or less prior to arrival – 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Government-issued Photo ID: All guests (including foreign nationals) must present valid ID at check-in.
Indian nationals: Aadhaar card, PAN (not valid for check-in), voter ID, driver’s license, or passport.
Foreign nationals: Passport and valid visa.
Minimum Age Requirement: Generally, guests must be 18 or older to check in alone.
Outside foods are not allowed on the property.
Alcohol consumption is permitted in common areas or rooms.
In-house meals are available on a pre-order basis (timings and menu subject to availability).
Room service is available during fixed hours only.
A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
The remaining 50% must be paid at the time of check-in.
Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash.
GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per government norms.
No refunds on no-show.
No booking will be considered confirmed without advance payment.
Prices may vary on weekends, holidays, or peak seasons.
Extra charges apply for additional guests or services beyond the booking details.
Valid government-issued ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
Only registered guests are allowed in rooms and on the property premises.
CCTV surveillance is active in common areas for guest safety.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; the property is not liable for lost or stolen items.
Lock your doors and windows securely when leaving the room.
In case of emergencies, contact the front desk or staff immediately.
Fire safety equipment is installed and maintained regularly.
Guests under the influence of alcohol or behaving inappropriately may be asked to leave without refund.
Illegal activities or possession of prohibited substances will result in police involvement.
Tampering with security equipment or alarms is strictly prohibited and punishable.
Kindly carry a valid government-issued ID for all guests (PAN card not accepted).
Advance booking is mandatory; walk-ins are subject to availability.
All bookings are non-transferable.
Room allocation is based on availability and property discretion.
Please inform the property in advance about late check-ins (after 8 PM) or early arrivals.
Mobile network coverage may vary due to the hilly/remote location.
Use of firecrackers, or any public disturbance is not permitted.
For safety reasons, entry may be restricted during adverse weather conditions or local restrictions.
Please respect nature and avoid littering if the property is eco-sensitive or near forest areas.
Only registered guests are allowed inside the rooms.
Pets are not allowed unless specifically mentioned.
Guests under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances may be denied entry or asked to leave.
Property reserves the right to cancel or refuse bookings in case of rule violations.
Any damage to property or disturbance to other guests will lead to penalties.
Weapons, hazardous items, and illegal activities are strictly forbidden on the premises.
