2. MODE OF DELIVERY
All services offered by Voyage Connect are digitally delivered.
Delivery may include:

- Hotel or farm stay booking vouchers
- Booking confirmations
- Invoices or payment receipts
Delivery channels include:
- Registered email address
- SMS or WhatsApp notifications
- User dashboard (if applicable)
3. DELIVERY TIMELINES
3.1 Flights
- Flight e-tickets are usually delivered immediately or within a few minutes after successful payment and ticket issuance.
- In rare cases (manual verification, airline system delay), delivery may take up to 24 hours .
3.2 Hotels & Farm Stays
- Booking vouchers are generally delivered within 24 hours of successful payment.
- Some properties may require additional confirmation, which can slightly delay delivery.
4. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
- Customers are responsible for providing a valid and active email address and mobile number .

- Incorrect contact details

5. FAILED OR DELAYED DELIVERY
If you do not receive your booking confirmation within the stated timelines:

- Provide booking reference number and registered contact details
We will re-send confirmations after verification.
6. CHANGES AFTER DELIVERY

- No physical delivery is involved across borders.
8. NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING

- Courier documents
- Ship tickets
- Deliver physical products
9. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
Voyage Connect shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by:

- Payment gateway delays
- Force majeure events
- Airline strikes
