We are located approx 45 mins fro the city centre of Dehra Dun and 25 minutes from the Indian Military Academy, off Nanda Ki Chowki (on the Chakrata road, towards the Himachal Border and the famous Gurdwara town of Paonta Sahib), and close to the Petroleum Institute which is a very famous land mark of the area. It is in a dense sal forest with the Mussoorie hills in the background. There are no eateries, other commercial activity in the area except for a few village homes, so it is quiet, tranquil and desolate. The location is accessible by a good rural motor able road. Just behind our property is a 4.5 Km dirt track through a thick Sal forest, but can be used by smaller sub compact cars and is ideal for mountain biking, walks, ATV rides, bird watching etc.
