Amidst the breathtaking Sahyadris, the home surrounds itself with a plethora of activities and experiences, all thoughtfully curated to give you a wholesome staycation experience. \nA lush green, well-manicured lawn lies in front of the main entrance with table tennis to the side. With a bonfire pit and hammocks between trees, this spot is where stories are shared and memories of a lifetime are birthed. As you walk around the home, you’ll find a huge Jamun tree with 2 swings. \nThis elderly-friendly villa in Karjat with swimming pool in the back overlooks the distant hills - just the perfect scenery for your brunch or evening chai scenes. As you walk further into the backyard of the private villa, you’ll find a gazebo set in the middle of trees. (We would highly recommend you to make this your ‘ditch the screen’ spot). There’s another alfresco sit-out spot along with a multi-purpose sports turf where you can enjoy a game of football, basketball, badminton or cricket and a children’s play area that surround the other side of the home.\nAs one of the best villas in Karjat, it first flaunts a large living room with French windows followed by an outdoor pool. The living room has a 12-seater dining table towards its left and a cosy sitting area towards its right from where you can enter the pool deck. A sundowner, celebrating a milestone event or a casual reunion - you name the occasion and this home moulds itself as per your expectations. \nThis villa near Mumbai and Pune is elderly-friendly as there are 4-bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms tucked away into the 4 corners of the ground floor. One of the bathroom also has a bathtub. The ramp at the entrance also makes this place wheelchair-friendly. Each room has its own unique colour palette and unique views to wake up to - the swimming pool, the gardens and the mountains.\nThere are 2 staircases on either side of the villa's main door. Both the staircases lead you to the first level that opens into the common lobby with a game setup. Challenge your friends over a game of chess, Jenga or other indoor games. Natural light graces this part of the home the most as it has a huge balcony for your yet another ‘waking up to this view’ moment.\nThere are 2 bedrooms (with ensuite bathrooms) on the first level. Both these bedrooms have private balconies and bathtubs of their own. The bedroom towards the right has a lovely swing bed which makes this bedroom our personal favourite!\nWhat completes the experience of this home is its multi-cuisine menu. We cannot emphasize enough on the authentic Karjat-style meals that are prepared by our in-home chef.
