GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Staff Accommodation We can provide accommodation for your drivers at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per person, per day, exclusive of meal charges. HOME TRUTHS - The road leading up to the villa is not concrete. We recommend bringing a car with good ground clearance. - Kindly keep all windows and doors shut throughout the day especially during monsoons given the presence of insects around. - Since the property is in a rural area there may be power supply issues. However a generator and inverter are available at the property that support all appliances. - The villa is located in a relatively secluded area. - Owing to the proximity to nature there may be bugs and insects. - There is a friendly dog residing on the premises of the same property. - There is a CCTV camera installed near the entrance and the pool for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - We are unable to offer Wi-Fi here however cellular networks work fairly well. - Given the increased need for sanitization and deep cleaning required before every stay we are unable to accommodate early check ins and late check outs for the safety of the guests and staff members. HOUSE RULES - Loud music is not allowed post 8 PM. - Drinking is allowed only in the designated areas. - Outside food is not allowed. - Food is not allowed in the villa. All food will be served in the cafe. - Diving is strictly prohibited. - Visitors are strictly not allowed. - Once the booking is confirmed guests are requested to provide confirmation for in house meals. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
