A perfect blend of our experience and tradition together developed the Villa’s and the roof of all the Villa’s has two layers the first layer is of the Tiles the second layer Gypsum board which keeps the temperature maintained inside.\n\nBy this way when the temperature is hot outside you feel cooler inside your “Jhopri” (Villa) the same way temperature is cold outside of the room then you feel warmer inside. This way we tried to make best use of Mother Nature adopting Eco friendly methods.\nCottages have huge space inside /outside giving privacy & peace. Bath with shower, Bathtub and toilets en suit but separated to be used at same time.\nThe natural scenery has been incorporated with the design, giving it an open feel. Nature has been brought into the interiors. Garden chair placed in front of the Villa’s for perfect view encountering birds & other wildlife around.\n?\n"}
