Age between 1 to 0 is considered children. Minimum allowed guest age is 18.
1. Our standard check-in time is 1 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability, and may also attract an additional fee at the property's discretion.2. We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 3 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds. 3. Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families.4. We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.5. Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus.6. We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services. - 7. Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.8. Alcohol consumption is permitted at the premises as per the property’s discretion and local laws. Outside alcohol consumption is not allowed in dorm rooms and common areas. However, it can be consumed in private rooms.9. Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.10. All guests are advised to secure their belongings at all times. The property is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items. Right to admission reserved. Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
